What is the best craft glue
Have you ever wondered what the BEST Craft Glue is?
Do you have your craft project all planned out, but don’t know what craft glue to use?
Do you look at all the glue options and just feel overwhelmed? Don’t worry we’ve all been there.
I have the best craft glue options right here for you.
feeling overwhelmed with all the glue options?
I’ve been there girly. Staring at Amazon clueless as to what to add to my cart.
Then I took a trip to Hobby Lobby to “figure it out” only to become even more overwhelmed with all the glue options.
The truth is …….There is not a wrong glue. But there may be a better glue option.
You see some glues just have a stronger hold or dry faster.
It really depends on your project, but these are my favorite craft glue options.
Please note: I will always share which glue I am using in my projects, but here is a general best craft glues guide for your reference based off of my craft experiences. Here are The Best glues for crafts
Ryobi Cordless Hot Glue Gun- Lithium Battery
If your super serious about crafting then the Ryobi cordless hot glue gun with lithium battery and charger is a must. This Hot Glue Gun Just keeps going for serious projects of all types.
Pro-02 -60 Cordless Hot Glue Gun
This is a great cheaper option for a cordless Hot Glue Gun. But I don’t love trying to place in back in the holder during craft projects and unfortunately it does not stand on it’s own. Still overall pretty good cordless option for a great price.
Classic Hot Glue Gun
This retro vibe Hot Glue Gun is one of my favorites. Plugs in. Super cute and functional. Always ready for any carft.
Mini Hot Glue Gun
These mini hot glue guns are great for starting out with crafting. Plus they are super light. I also really like the smaller glue sticks as it seems to have a little more control of how much glue comes out at once for smaller projects.
E6000- glue
When Hot Glue is not the right choice this is the thing to use. E6000 is industrial strength heavy duty glue. This is serious glue for heavy duty projects.
Aleen’s Tacky Glue- Quick Dry
Next we have Tacky Glue. This is the quick drying version. It is perfect for all kinds of crafts. But leave the heavy duty tasks to the E6000.
Elmer’s Craft Bond- glue
Elmer’s Craft Bond is like a step up from school glue, but not quite Aleen’s Tacky glue. It’s great for a variety of crafts.
Gorilla Super Glue Gel
This is the best super glue. Dries really fast and is a gel so easier to apply.
Mod Podge- glossy
This is really less a glue and more a sealer. It’s great for use over glitter and photos to keep it sealed or stuck to the craft project. Dries clear and glossy. Please note this available in a matte finish as well if desired.
All of these glues are great for crafts
Picking a glue for crafts shouldn’t be stressful. Try these options out and see which one works best for your crafting style. Pick the best craft glue for you.
XOXO,
KK
